People are born with the ability to reach their full potential. As your therapist, I help by walking alongside you with support and guidance as you move toward your personal goals for change. People come to therapy because they want to be happier and usually just need some tools and a compassionate guide to listen deeply with acceptance.

This place of compassionate listening is exactly where a good therapy relationship starts. Let’s begin by discovering together what happiness and fulfillment look like for you.

Depression, anxiety, unresolved trauma and hurting relationships are obstacles to a full and happy life. So, whether the goal is to learn how to prioritize your own happiness for once or bringing about thriving relationships, I will work with you to tap into your personal strengths and gifts for bringing about the changes you desire.

Therapy takes effort and some willingness to risk, but it is also an adventure in learning and becoming all that you can be. As your therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and to begin leading a joyous life.

I strive to help my clients gain an understanding of the impact assumptions, beliefs, and even thinking can have on life satisfaction. Let’s work together to help you acquire the skills needed for living with greater contentment. If you’re looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you’re just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you as you achieve your life goals.
